Spend the evening with Food & Wine Best New Chef 2010, Roy Choi at his experimental and imaginative “cookshop,” Sunny Spot. A place where Chef Choi experiments with tropical ingredients such as papaya, plantain, mango, and passionfruit, yellow rice, oxtail and vinegars. A place where imagination takes precedent over authenticity.
Your private evening will begin with a cocktail reception including signature tacos straight from the Kogi food truck and Sunny Spot hors d’oeuvres. Then you will be seated for a casual four-course dinner featuring a combination of individually-plated and family-style dishes. Each course will be paired with wine or a specialty rum cocktail for your selection.
Guests will have the opportunity to meet Chef Choi, take a photo and hear first-hand about his career during this private Inside Access from Chase event.
