Now in its third year, Rose's Luxury continues to be embraced nationally by critics, foodies and Washington, D.C. crowds while keeping its neighborhood vibe. Just recently, under Chef Aaron Silverman’s leadership, Rose’s Luxury was recognized by Michelin with one Star in their inaugural Washington D.C. Guide 2017.
This special evening hosted by Chef Aaron Silverman will begin with a seated reception with family-style hors d’oeuvres and specialty cocktails. Then, guests will enjoy a five-course dinner with individually-plated and family-style dishes specially-curated by Chef Silverman and paired with wines. Chef Silverman will be available for photos and will visit with guests throughout the evening to share his culinary journey and insights!
Among Chef Silverman’s recognitions he was also named Best Chef in the Mid-Atlantic region, by the James Beard Awards for 2016. Aaron Silverman was not born with a whisk in his hand, nor was he stirring tomato sauce by his mother’s side at the age of five. After completing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Small Business Management and Political Science at the University of Boston, MA, he held his first kitchen job at 2941 in Falls Church, VA and credits the post for inspiring him to carve a path in this industry.
Chef Silverman has recently opened the dual-concept Pineapple & Pearls right next door to Rose’s Luxury, which was also recognized with two Stars by Michelin in their inaugural issue.
