Chef Christina Tosi will host this exclusive Inside Access from Chase dinner at the new Momofuku CCDC. Guests will have an opportunity to hear first-hand about her culinary journey as founder and owner of Milk Bar and her adventures as a judge on Master Chef.
Your decadent evening will begin with a cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception. During the reception, join Chef Tosi for a hands-on cake truffle making party. You will be assigned a specific time in your confirmation letter.
Following the reception and cake truffle making, guests will be seated for a four-course family-style dinner featuring a selection of favorites from the Momofuku menu along with paired wines. For dessert, Chef Tosi will hand pick a selection of some of her favorite items from her bakery, Milk Bar.
Milk Bar and Chef Tosi have made headlines in top publications and television programs, including The New York Times, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Forbes and The Today Show. Tosi has been the recipient of two James Beard Foundation awards, Rising Star Chef and Outstanding Pastry Chef.
Established by chef and founder David Chang in 2004 with the opening of Momofuku Noodle Bar, Momofuku has grown to include restaurants in New York City, Sydney, Toronto and now Washington,DC which opened this fall.
