Enjoy this special Inside Access from Chase evening hosted by chef, restaurateur, author, philanthropist, and Food Network personality Geoffrey Zakarian.
Upon arrival guests will be welcomed into The Lambs Club dining room for a wine and hors d’oeuvres reception. The iconic room boasts an enormous 18th century fireplace, a gift from architect Stanford White to The Lambs, a turn of the century thespian society from whom the venue takes its name. Guests will then be seated for a specially curated three-course dinner. The menu will feature Chef Zakarian’s modern approach to American cuisine with distinct ingredients.
Following dinner, Geoffrey will host guests upstairs in The Lambs Club Bar for a special walk around dessert and cocktail reception with live music. Mixologist Adrienne Smith will offer guests her classic and innovative cocktail creations, while guests enjoy desserts and sweet treats from Pastry Chef Johanna Langhi.
Throughout the evening Geoffrey will visit and take photos with guests and offer tips for cooking and entertaining. Guests will also have an opportunity to hear first-hand about his culinary journey from the kitchen to television and new projects.
Throughout a career spanning 30 years, Chef Geoffrey Zakarian has made his mark as a chef, restaurateur and food authority on TV. He is known for his sophisticated taste and signature style. In addition to his status as a longtime favorite judge on Food Network’s Chopped and as an Iron Chef, Geoffrey is a co-host on Food Network’s Emmy-nominated daytime series, The Kitchen and the host of primetime hit, Cooks Vs. Cons. Chef Zakarian is the author of two acclaimed cookbooks, Town/ Country and My Perfect Pantry, and when not cooking, filming or writing, Chef Zakarian serves as Chairman of the City Harvest Food Council, an organization committed to fighting hunger in New York City. Most recently, Chef Zakarian launched a kitchen product line, Zakarian Pro For Home that can be found online and in Sur La Table stores nationwide.
