Inside Access from Chase invites you to an evening at the height of LA's culinary scene as you take in the tastes of Osteria Mozza—the result of the world-renowned culinary team comprising Mario Batali, Joe Bastianich and Nancy Silverton—where a "devout commitment to product, environment and hospitality" takes center stage for inspired Italian fare.
Your evening begins with a cocktail reception featuring Prosecco and butlered hors d'oeuvres as you are welcomed by your hosts, Executive Chef Matt Molina and Pastry Chef Dahlia Narvaez. Afterwards, you'll sit down in The Primo Ministro Room, Osteria Mozza's elegant private dining space, where you'll enjoy a special five-course wine-paired menu custom designed under the direction of Batali, Bastianich and Silverton, each of whom has lent their inspiration from culinary adventures in New York and Bologna, Italy to the dishes served. Executive Chef Matt Molina and Pastry Chef Dahlia Narvaez will provide introductions and tasting notes for each course, allowing you to fully understand and appreciate each tantalizing bit of this memorable evening.
