Your Inside Access from Chase private evening hosted by chef-owner Frank Bonanno will begin with a reception in Green Russell, an underground cocktail lounge named for William Green Russell, a Colorado gold miner in the 1850s. Experience the true feel of this Prohibition-style bar with handcrafted specialty cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. The drink menu directly reflects Frank Bonanno's cooking philosophy: fresh ingredients simply prepared and beautifully rendered.
Following the reception, you will be escorted into Russell's Smokehouse for a specially curated four-course dinner inspired by flavors of the Colorado West. Owner of seven restaurants and two bars, Russell's Smokehouse is Chef Frank Bonanno's nod to the Colorado Cowboy era featuring slow cooked meats that are rich, tender and smoky. Small batch drinks, spirits, and beer will be paired with select courses.
This special evening with one of the top restaurateurs in the country will feature a combination of family-style and individually plated dishes. At the end of the evening guests will receive a selection of cocktail and dinner recipes, a pre-signed copy of Chef Bonanno's Mizuna Cookbook and a small pie from Wednesday's Pie Shop.
